Types of surveys we specialize in

We will recover and or reset your property corners.  We typically will prepare a 24x36 drawing of the property survey and record the survey with the appropriate county.

An Improvement Survey Plat will cover the boundary survey as well as show all existing improvements on the property.

Typically these are performed for new home construction or additions to existing homes.  All existing improvements will be shown on the property in relation to the boundary lines.  These types of surveys are performed so that the appropriate jurisdictions can review the proposed building construction.

A detailed survey of the property with all improvements surveyed.  A "Table A" is provided to us by the client outlining all the items that shall be surveyed and certified.

Perform a detailed survey of the property in order for design engineering.  These surveys will typically show all the existing improvements on the property and improvements within a respective distance on adjacent properties.  The survey will show all underground utilities on the property and within the adjacent roadways.  The topography is shown typically with 1-ft. terrain contours.
